ИП-4010 Pneumatic riveting hammer
Description
Pneumatic riveting hammer for hot and cold riveting: the rivet is inserted into the hole of the joined parts, and the hammer forms the closing head with blows of the set. Designed for large steel rivets.
Application:
- assembly of steel structures, bridges, tanks and boilers

- rolling stock repair
Features:
- piston impact mechanism, air distributed by a valve
- start — by a lever on the handle
- vibration damper; the handle isolates the operator's hands from the impact mechanism
- senior model paired with IP-4009: larger rivet diameter and impact energy at lower frequency
Connection and operating mode:
- powered from a compressed air network through a rubber hose with a filter-moisture separator and oiler
- before work industrial oil I-12A is poured into the air inlet
- intermittent duty: one hour of work, twenty minutes break, no more than six hours per shift
