T1000A Electric torque wrench 1" 600-1200 Nm
Description
Designed for controlled tightening of high-strength bolted joints in metal structures, bridge building and petrochemical industry
Extended reaction arm (stop) for compensating kickback and safe work in confined space
Torque range 600 – 1200 N·m
Accuracy (repeatability) ±5% (professional locking class)
Spindle drive square size 1 inch
No-load speed: 9 rpm (low speed ensures accuracy and smooth tightening without impact jerks)
Rated for bolts of strength class 10.9
Suitable for bolts M20, M22 and M24
Power consumption 710 W 220 V
Built-in controller protection range 185 V – 245 V (auto-lock when mains parameters leave safe limits)
Net weight (excluding interchangeable impact socket) 7.9 kg
Packaging: plastic case
Operating principle:
You set the required tightening force with a mechanical adjustment disc on the body. When the tool reaches the set torque (in the range from 600 to 1200 N·m), the internal controller trips and the wrench automatically stops rotating
Torque setting procedure:
1. Using a small flat screwdriver, turn the adjustment disc (scale) on the tool body
2. The divisions on the disc serve only as a basic guide. For precise tool setting the manufacturer strongly recommends using an external test instrument
To do this tighten at least 5 bolts with the wrench. Take a hand torque wrench and measure the torque at the point where the nut just starts to tighten further (re-torque method). Calculate the average and, if the error exceeds ±3%, micro-adjust the rotary disc on the wrench
